Originally from brazil, the town of Rio de Janeiro. I speak five languages, I have a marketing degree from brazil, a culinary art degree in the USA, and currently doing computer science online.
I came to the USA in my 19’s.

Father of two blessed kids that born in sunny San Diego allowed me to create a base for my business in this beautiful city that I call home.
In San Diego for the past 15 years, I was able to work as a Chef for Nordstrom when I needed time for my kids, working at the corporate level for only eight hours a day. I also worked for some of the best hotels and Country Clubs, such as The Grand Del Mar, Pendry, and The Santa Luz Club. At those places, I worked with very different managers and chefs, which influenced my knowledge and passion for service and experience in this world of culinary arts.
